Throughout Stephanie’s extensive travels to Europe, Asia, and Australia and living in various cities from Tokyo, Minneapolis, and New York, Stephanie has enjoyed the culinary specialties of each metropolitan area. On the way, Stephanie was exposed to various chefs for a first-hand experience of the regional tastes. She learned a lot about the similar characteristics of the various cuisines and the focus on family at the foundation of every good recipe.

Learning and loving to cook inspired her to open up her own contemporary kitchen in the gourmet food industry years ago. She tested and developed over 100 unique recipes for families to enjoy unique gourmet meals at home. The core of Greek Chic Cuisine is the focus on simple, authentic and flavorful recipes for all families to enjoy. She, along with the help of her young daughters, Athena and Eleni, have tested, researched and created a legacy with the cookbook, Greek Chic Cuisine.
